「We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. 「Very good facility entirely. Staffs are well trained and gave me appropriate suggestion and support when I needed to book a FADO restaurant for the dinner with my friends. They are very friendly which gave me high comfort. Room size is gorgeous and am very happy with bathtub equipped.
Even though there is no food service provided, it is very convenient to have breakfast for example at the cafeteria located at the ground floor, which was recommended by the staff.

I stayed at this hotel as an airport stopover. Since I arrived late at night, most nearby shops were closed, and I had to buy water from a vending machine. The hotel itself is very simple—there was no refrigerator or toothbrush provided, which might be inconvenient for some travelers.
Staff service varied depending on the person; some were helpful, while others seemed indifferent. However, one major advantage is the proximity to the subway station that goes directly to the airport. That made the transit much easier and stress-free.
Overall, it’s a functional choice if you’re looking for a place to sleep before catching a flight, but don’t expect any frills.

"The rooms at this hotel were spacious, clean, and very user-friendly. The facilities are well equipped, I loved the refrigerator, hair dryer, and most of all the bathtub. The super juku is well stocked and very tasty. And the staff was very friendly and helpful with our luggage and helping us take pictures. I stayed in three hotels during my stay in Portugal and this one is the best and I highly recommend it."
