"Our stay at the David Citadel in Jerusalem was truly wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the location is incredible, and the atmosphere makes it feel like a very special place. What stood out most, though, was the amazing staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay exceptional. The level of service throughout the hotel was outstanding. There was really only one negative part of our stay. We were in room 945, and unfortunately, the mattress appeared to be broken or damaged on one side. It was very uncomfortable and made it difficult for me to sleep properly. I didn't report it at the time because between jet lag and very busy days, I was simply too exhausted to deal with having it looked at or potentially changing rooms. Based on the incredible service we received everywhere else, I have no doubt the staff would have addressed it immediately had I said something. I mention it only because I hope the hotel checks the mattress for the next guest. Aside from that, our experience was exceptional. Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, and truly wonderful staff. We left with great memories and would absolutely stay at the David Citadel again."

"The apartment is bright and spotless, with a big balcony and easy access from the lobby. The location in Baka is perfect, near stores and restaurants. The primary bedroom is big, with an attached bathroom. There are 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer are new. There is a saferoom inside the apartment. Communicating with the host was fantastic. He responded immediately to any questions and he is a kind and patient man! I had the best time visiting Jerusalem, partly because of this lovely apartment."

"This is a stylish and comfortably furnished modern apartment. The location is excellent, a short walk to excellent bakeries and a slightly longer walk to an assortment of other shops including supermarkets and the Hadar Mall. There are a number of bus stops nearby (one is directly opposite the building) giving easy access to a number of bus routes around Jerusalem. There is also underground secure parking for those with cars. However, be aware that you do have to walk up a double-flight of stairs for pedestrian access to the building, although this can be avoided if you have a car and use the secure parking space provided (3 levels underground) from where you can access a lift to take you up to the residential section of the building (on levels 4 and above).In summer the living room can get uncomfortably hot due to the large windows which let in a lot of sun, so remember to put down the blinds and block out the sun before you go out in the morning (there is also air conditioning, but this takes a while to cool down the living room)."
