Westacombe holiday house offers all the features one could wish for - Pool, wifi, boat parking, fenced yard, pet friendly ( outside) large decks with furnishings, air conditioned living area, ceiling fans, bedroom linen supplied (byo pool towels) plus walk to all amenities Agnes Water township offers like cafes, restaurants, shops & the beach

Your perfect home away from home. This beautifully restored Queenslander offers space, comfort, and desirable features situated in the heart of Agnes Water. Conveniently located just a stroll to cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach yet still set amongst a quiet & friendly street.
This holiday home's features are perfect for a family or two to share providing spacious rooms, free wifi & catering for up to 12 people. Enjoy the gorgeous resort style swimming pool, bring the boat with parking provided within the house grounds. Your family pet can also join in - the yard is fenced - strictly outside only and a maximum of 2 dogs permitted. Enjoy the beautiful surrounding decks perfect for alfresco dining complete with furniture & bbq.

- Master bedroom with Queen bed, TV & Ensuite, linen supplied
- 2nd bedroom with Queen bed & a triple bunk (3 singles), linen
- 3rd bedroom Queen bed, linen
- 4th triple bunk, linen ( 3 singles) Please note top bunks are not recommended for young children

- Main bathroom with large bath
- Enormous air conditioned open plan lounge & dining area , very spacious lounge & huge TV - Free wifi
- Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large family fridge freezer with ice maker, electric oven & gas stove top plus Nespresso coffee pod machine ( byo pods)

- Wrap around decks with dining setting, seating &bbq
- Full laundry with washer & dryer, 3rd toilet plus storage area located under the house.
- Ceiling fans throughout, all linen provided, byo pool towels

Yard area includes - Impressive swimming pool with sun lounges (byo towels), outdoor hot/cold shower, a fenced grassed yard - perfect for poochy (please clean up after pooches) and boat parking available for at least 2 boats down the side of the property plus wash area, located just 5km from 1770 boat ramp & marina.
This property is not available for party type gatherings

don't bother staying here

no hot water, lied about parking room for boat securely in yard. lied about freezer space, air-conditioning did not work. very cold house in winter. to top it off real-estate agents were terrible and rude.
