The two-bedroom eco cabins sit together on a private ridge surrounded by bushland and ocean views, creating a secluded, peaceful stay ideal for friends, or two couples wanting space and privacy. Being fully off-grid and solar powered allows guests to slow down, disconnect, and enjoy nature without distractions.

What guests love about the area is its unspoilt coastal beauty. Agnes Water and 1770 offer pristine beaches, reef and island tours, coastal walks, and a laid-back atmosphere that feels far removed from crowded holiday destinations. It’s a place where days are shaped by the ocean, the weather, and the natural landscape.

Our favorite thing within walking distance is the surrounding bushland - quiet paths, wildlife encounters, and lookout spots where you can watch kangaroos grazing, listen to birdsong, and take in sweeping ocean views with no noise but nature.

This property is 1.5 hours drive from Bundaberg & Gladstone each way.
This listing is 2 cabins, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms therefore it has two BBQs & outdoor breakfast bar on the deck with ocean view.

The property manager lives onsite in a separate managers residence 20 meters from the cabin.
No Wifi on the property as we are digital detox, however Telstra 5G is available.
This property is 7km away from Agnes Water main beach & 15 minute drive to 1770.
Beach towels are provided. This place is for adults only.

House Rule:
1. Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in : after 3pm
- Check-out : before 10am
- Late check-out is available only if there are no same day arrivals and must be requested at check in.

2. Quiet hours (9pm-7am)
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm to respect the peaceful environment and wildlife.
- No partying & no smoking on the property.

3. Visitors
- Only register guests are permitted on the property. If friends/families are visiting, please let the on-site manager know.

4. No firepit allowed onsite unless an approved permission from on-site manager.

5. Eco-friendly living
- As this is a fully off-grid cabin, please be mindful of power and water usage.
- Biodegradable shampoos & shower balls are provided as suitable for septic tank.

6. Pets
- Pets are not allowed permitted on the property.

Cleaning
- Please leave the cabin/BBQ tidy on departure.
- Rubbish and recycling should be placed in the bins provided.

7. Wildlife
- Do not feed or approach wildlife. Keep doors closed to avoid uninvited animal visitors.
