The hotel staff were outstanding — warm, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Anything we needed was just a WhatsApp message away. Always smiling and genuinely eager to help, they made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. A very special mention to the Experience Team, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. I had arranged a private sunset yacht with a surprise dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday — and they ensured every detail was flawlessly executed. It was magical. "Hotel Piccada was lovely! Our check-in went smoothly and the staff was welcoming. Our room was well organized to fit three people and the location was excellent. There were restaurants and little street shops everywhere. There was also a supermarket nearby. We would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Palau looking for a quieter area to stay. "

"Excellent, spacious apt with all amenities and excellent view of the sea. Very quiet and safe. Free parking on site . A lot of steps up and down stairs depending of parking place and apt location. Otherwise great place to stay in Porto CERVO. Three minutes by car from all attractions, restaurants, markets and shopping. Amazing and helpful hotel staff. "

"Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Gebäude ist schon älter, aber die wesentlichen Geräte wurden bereits erneuert. Waschmaschinen und Trockner waren ziemlich neu und kostenlos benutzbar. Es ist abgelegen, das bedeutet, man braucht zum Supermarkt als Beispiel ein Auto. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, insbesondere wenn die Nachbarn die Stühle oberhalb im ersten Stock rücken. Bilder sind nicht repräsentativ, sondern sind als Beispiele gedacht."
