Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in unserer Ferienunterkunft. Der Ausblick von der Dachterasse war sehr schön und man hat seine Ruhe. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich in Haus und Garten wohlgefühlt. Minuspunkte gibt es für die Matratzen, die leider schon zu alt und unbequem sind. Zwei Toiletten hatten ein defektes Spülsystem, das war etwas lästig in der Handabung und sollte behoben werden.

Bien mais peu mieux faire

Maison très agréable mais : Matelas taché et retourné coté ressorts pas très confortable. Deux lampes sans ampoules ou grillée. Deux chaises avec accoudoir cassé. Manque de verres. Deux transats pour six personnes.... Les tapis de bain trempaient dans une cuvette à l ' extérieur. Sinon très isolée et calme, le paradis pour les sangliers qui ont retourné tout le terrain. Pourrait être au top avec un minimum de suivi.

Ruhiges abgelegenes Haus

Wenn man ruhe mag , ideal gelegenes Haus . Genügend Platz auch mit einem Hund , da eingezäumt und Umschwung. Nicht mehr ganz so gepflegtes Haus paar Kleinigkeiten müsste man überarbeiten.

Een echt ontvangst voorkomt veel

Huis is mooi en omgeving super rustig. In ons geval konden we niet binnen, want de code van t sleutelkastje kwam te laat. De beloofde airco's werkten niet en het bedlinnen en handdoeken waren niet aanwezig. Na heel veel heen en weer bellen is alles opgelost. Het begin van onze vakantie was daardoor stressvol. Interhome heeft goed geprobeerd de problemen op te lossen.

Belle maison mais mauvaise relation client

La maison est située dans un endroit très calme, dans la nature. Elle est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. En revanche la relation client avec Interhome est très mauvaise, nous avons eu des problèmes avec les poubelles qui ne sont vidées qu'une fois par mois, elles débordaient de partout quand nous sommes arrivés et il a fallu 2 semaines au bureau local pour nous dire qu'en effet ils s'étaient trompés dans le calendrier de ramassage qu'ils nous avaient envoyé... Pour les draps bien qu'il y ait 3 chambres ils ne donnent que 2 paires de draps lorsque vous êtes 4, alors que nous sommes avec 2 adolescents qui ne voulaient pas partager leur lit... Aucun contact ni à l'arrivée ni au départ pour savoir si tout se passait bien, tout ceci est très anonyme et manque vraiment de suivi et de préoccupation de la satisfaction du client.

Maison très bien service client mauvais

La maison est très bien, fonctionnelle, bien équipée, au calme.Mais mauvaise relation client avec Interhome : lorsque nous sommes arrivés, les poubelles n'avaient pas été ramassées depuis plusieurs semaines et débordaient des containers.Le calendrier qui nous avait été transmis pour sortir les poubelles était erroné. Il n'y a donc pas eu de collecte pendant les 10 jours où nous sommes restés à la maison. Et pour les draps : si vous êtes 4 vous n'aurez que 2 paires alors qu'il y a 3 lits, honteux

Dobrze, ale są problemy

Fajne miejsce, duże przestronne przestrzenie. Każdy pokój z własną łazienką. Czysto, wygodnie. Dla miłośników ciszy idealnie miejsce. Wady - instalacja elektryczna wybija codziennie bezpieczniki, nie każdy da radę włączyć. Mieliśmy awarię kanalizacji, niestety w sobotę, serwis naprawił dopiero w poniedziałek rano. Warto zabrać latarkę. Jak komuś nie jest straszne mieszkać w domu z drobnymi problemami to polecam.

Wir haben dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus im September 2023 für drei Wochen gemietet und waren voll auf begeistert! Von der Sonnenterasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick zum Meer und in die Natur! Schöne Strände sind in der Nähe, ein Auto wird allerdings benötigt. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Heel fijn huis, ruim, koel en netjes, alles erop en eraan. Lekker buiten zitten met barbecue. Minpuntjes: het is nogal een gedoe met de vuilnisbakken die af en toe door zwijnen omgegooid worden, ook als het toegangshek gesloten is. En boodschappen doen, daar moet je zo'n 20 minuten voor rijden, geen horeca in de buurt, wel veel mooie strandjes. Schitterende omgeving.

LOCATION RECLAMATIONS

bonjour location décevante, personne à notre arrivée pour effectuer le tour d'horizon et vérifier !! je n'ai pas arrêté de téléphoner et de passer des mails avec photos à l'appui . manque des verres , fuites d'eau au plafond de cuisine les précédents locataires n'avaient pas fait le tri tout était mélangé dans les poubelles !!!dans une salle de bain le wc n'était pas fixé au sol et il bougeait d'où une odeur nauséabonde se dégageait !! la télé ne fonctionnait pas. fuite eau au plafond cuisine

Mit Fahrrädern haben wir die nahen Strände, die ca 4- 5 KM entfernt sind, sehr gut erreichen können. Nur 300 Meter entfernt ist ein Agriturismo mit toller Küche. Mit dem Auto ist die gesamte Nordostküste und der Norden Sardiniens in ca 30- 45 Minuten erreichbar.

tolle Woche in Aglientu

Die Lage des Objektes ist ca 4 KM vom Meer entfernt, wobei Portobello ein "geschlossenes/gated" Dorf mit einem schönen Strand ist. Vignola Mare ist etwas weiter entfernt und hat einen wunderschönen, sehr großen Strand und die einzige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Objekt selbst ist modern eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
