This unique earth-sheltered villa offers an unlimited sea view and is located just 250 meters from the beach in Agios Pavlos, at the south coast of Rethymno. It features a private swimming pool (2.5 x 4 meters) and comes equipped with all modern amenities. The villa is also conveniently situated just 200 meters from a local tavern, cafe, bar, and mini-market.



The villa's architecture is truly unique, designed to harmonize with the natural landscape and adhere to the principles of bioclimatic design, ensuring nearly zero energy consumption. The villa features a one-floor layout with a bedroom containing two single beds next to each other, a fully equipped living room with a sofa bed, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped open-plan modern kitchen. It is fully air-conditioned and offers Satellite TV and WiFi coverage in all areas.



The owners of the villa also operate a restaurant located just 200 meters away, where breakfast can be served. Additionally, there is a café bar with stunning views of the Libyan Sea, perfect for enjoying snacks, drinks, and cocktails.
