A modern day house, simple layout for people to relax in.

Set upon the mountain, with unrestricted sea views.

There are two houses together, We live in one, the other is for guests.

The houses are set 100m from the main road, and accessed via a farm track, parking is allowed at the house should guests wish.

House is 3km from the village of SELLIA, where you can find a supermarket, and 4 restaurants and church. A further 2km downhill will take you to the seaside tourist village of PLAKIAS, where you can find several supermarkets, gift shops, tavernas, bars, car/bike rental, doctors, pharmacies, dive centres, horse trekking, and many more. Within close proximity there are the beaches of Plakias, Damnouni, Ammoundi, Skinaria, Preveli, Souda, and 6km west will take you to the village of Rodakino with beaches bars and restaurants.

Also an area popular with hill walkers, and cyclists

We are powered by SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC, .... THUS, **electrical items that require heat** are forbidden, i.e. Hairdryers, Curling Tongs, Irons, Electric Kettles etc etc. ....

Unless a very keen walker, transport will be required.

Occasionally guests may have to pass from our friendly neighbours - The Flock of Sheep
