We really enjoyed the games provided by our host.However, during our visit, we received devastating news: the sudden and unexpected death of my younger brother. As you can imagine, our focus immediately shifted to managing travel, grief, and the logistics of this tragedy. In the rush and overwhelming sadness, we completely forgot to run the dishwasher before we checked out.We were mortified when we realized our oversight, but the hosts' response was deeply compassionate. They showed incredible grace, immediately prioritizing our family's well-being over the minor inconvenience of the missed chore.We found this understanding and compassion to be exceptional. It confirmed that we weren't just renting a property, but staying in a home managed by truly wonderful, empathetic people. We wholeheartedly recommend this property, not just for its fantastic amenities, but because the owners are people of integrity and heart. We loved having a large living room and dining room to spend time with family. The host was great with communication. Location was perfect- walking distance to downtown and short drive to Lake George. We will definitely stay here again. "
