"Great experience, amazing staff"

"The property was just OK. Breakfast staff very attentive but breakfast options were just Ok. Didn’t have a desk lamp in one room. No in-room safe. Some Housekeeping staff did not even have a rudimentary command of English language to understand what I was saying. Front desk staff needs training in customer service: front desk staff abandoned the desk at checkout on a Sunday during at least 45 minutes. Could be more friendly and attentive to guests. Not a bad hotel per se but not exactly inspiring me to return."

I was impressed by the room - my only complaint is the bed was too soft, but that's usually the case when I travel."
