"The property was very clean, quiet, and all appliances and features worked as they should. The heating system was quiet and effective, and the lack of A/C was no issue in the fall. Any questions I addressed to the host were answered quickly and completely. For others, be aware that bathrooms are located on the second floor and in the basement. If you have allergy-related sniffles, a box on Kleenex on the main floor can save a lot of step climbing. Also, the thermostat readouts are small print and hard to read unless one uses a separate light source. With the flashlight app on my cell phone, all was revealed! In summary, the property was exceptional for a fall stay, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"A couple of hiccups not really worth mentioning. Note that only 2 parking spaces are available for the house. That wasn’t a problem for us but should probably be added to the listing. House was comfortable and clean. As noted in the listing, there is no air conditioning in the house but a decent crossdraft when the windows were open helped. There are several fans in the house too. Overall a real good stay."

"House was absolutely gorgeous. Few minor things wrong upon arrival, which were reported as soon as we discovered them. Staff monitoring email was super responsive and quick!! Kids enjoyed the pool @ indoor theater, adults enjoyed the hot tub. Nighttime family fires were fun! This place has everything needed for a nice relaxing vacation and you don’t even need to leave the property. We had a total of 20 people, between 5 families. Fit everyone perfectly. Some ventured out and did things, others hung on to relax and read. Great vacation"
