"My family really enjoyed our stay here for spring break! The house was very clean and well equipped and very roomy with 4 bedrooms. We loved that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog with us. We also loved having access to the lake behind the house to fish on. It was in a great location with natural springs nearby and the East Central Rail Trail for biking and running or walking. Plus the beach is not far nor is Orlando. Highly recommend this property!!"

"Honestly, it wasn’t terrible if you need a place to rest your head. I would say it is probably better for a couple at most not a family of 5. Just had a few minor issues and only ended up staying one night out of seven. The tv and internet didn’t work, which wasn’t a huge deal and the hot water heater didn’t work to great so cold showers were a problem for me. Also I found the beds to be uncomfortable and the ac to not be super effective for my stay. Owner was responsive and the place looked great though. "

"Everything was clean. The Only problem was with the bedroom by the washer & Dryer - strong gas smell in the room. We opened the garage door and pool door to air out the room then closed the door and placed a towel under the door to make sure gas smell didn't come back in."
