"Breakfast was late getting pulled together. The woman in charge seemed tired and unapologetic for the delay. Oatmeal ran out and was lukewarm warm. However the coffee is always good. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The hotel was convenient to places we visited while on our trip."

"Overpriced for what it had to offer. Breakfast was $15 but with the price tag on the one night stay i believe it should have been included. I got under the covers ans with in 30 mins my forearms had small red bites on them. We checked both beds but didnt see anything. Bed was really comfy! When we got up mybhusband had similar bits in his thighs. Not sure what that was but they werent pleasant!"

"We stayed at the house for 5 nights for purposes of visiting horse farms and the racetrack. Location was perfect. Short drives to lots of restaurants and even some within walking distance. House was clean and comfortable and having one bedroom upstairs provided extra privacy. Jim was very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. "
