Head out to the wilderness all day and come back to this comfortable 2nd-floor cottage with a three car garage for your use. Trails for ATV's and snowmobiles are close by. The ever-changing landscape around you envelopes you when you sit out on the deck, with a Weber Bar-B-que. Did I mention the birds all around? Pileated Woodpeckers, Nuthatch, chickadee,

Goldfinch, Cardinals, Red Tail Hawks, Hairy and Downy Woodpeckers to name a few.

There is a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, Living room and dining room with an open floor plan. Two bedrooms that share a bath, one bedroom with a king and one bedroom with a double. Washer and dryer on site. We also have 2 memory foam twin size commercial grade rollaway beds if you need them. Plenty of room if you have extra visitors. Seating in the dining room is for 8. This is the perfect spot for your outdoor adventures. Hunting, Fishing, hiking, ATV trails, Snow Mobile Trails.

You can fly right into Saranac Lake Airport which is 40 minutes drive away. Lake Placid is an hour drive through the fantastic Adirondack Park. We are 25 minutes to Potsdam and 30 minutes to Malone.
