Positioned along the prestigious Gouger Street in the Adelaide CBD and this is a perfect lock-up and-leave studio apartment. This historic stone-fronted building (built c.1839 ) stands tall and grand to welcome visitors into the city via the western gateway.

Walking distance to Adelaide central market and Victoria square. Cafes, bars, restaurants, public transportation and Universities are just at your doorstep.

The Space:
Enjoy a simple and peaceful stay in this lock-up-and-leave studio, perfectly positioned on prestigious Gouger Street in the heart of the CBD. Set within a historic stone-fronted building (c.1839), it offers character, convenience and unbeatable access to Adelaide’s best spots.

You’ll be an easy stroll from the Central Market and Victoria Square, with cafés, bars, restaurants, public transport and universities right at your doorstep.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.

Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.

Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.

Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.

Additional Bedding: We can provide a single air mattress and extra linen for $30 per guest per night. A fee of $50 per stay will apply if the sofa bed is used.

Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.

Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.

Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.

Beware, I got scammed

I didn't end up staying at this property. When I got there, I couldn't turn the dial on the lock box when I wiggled the box, I discover it is already open and there was no key inside! All alarm rung inside me. I was not given a phone number on who to contact. So was the room already occupied? I emailed and I was told to wait, a colleague will come with the key. Who is this colleague? Ring me, talk to me! Omg, I did not feel safe at all so I run with my bags at 9 at night after a 3hour drive straight after work! The photo of the Lockbox did not look the same as what's in the property!
