Furnished lavishly throughout with a contemporary feel reflecting the rich colours of the seaside. Ocean at Seaford is perfectly positioned on the waterfront, opposite a walkway access to the locally renowned mid-coast surf beaches and the iconic Dine at the popular Seaford Beach Hotel, or enjoy fish and chips and woodfired pizza at nearby Deep Blue Cafe in Moana. Port Noarlunga reef, an aquatic reserve enjoyed by divers and snorkellers year-round. Step onto the coast park trail and stroll through the village of Port Noarlunga ending at the historic jetty overlooking abundant sea life on the coral reef.
McLaren Vale, which is reknowned for its plethora of superlative eating experiences and local wineries, is an easy 8-minute drive away.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
