Located within the beautiful ambience of North Adelaide, this quiet property is walking distance to the historic Kentish Hotel and shops of Melbourne and O'Connel Sts. Adelaide City, Adelaide Zoo and Botanic Gardens are only a 15 minute walk away and public transport is close by. A single car garage and on street parking make this central location great for exploring the delights of the Adelaide Hills and the wine regions of the Barossa and Mclaren Vale which are only an hours drive away.

Home away from home
All the comforts of home with lots of space. Excellent location for access to the city. Also easy to get to the main roads leading to regional centres outside the city.

Beautifully renovated
The house is beautiful, welcoming and cosy. The beds and pillows were softer than what we prefer yet otherwise everything was great. Thank you Carolyn for a great stay.

Beautiful Heritage House
We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was extremely comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for 4 people and decorated beautifully. Great location to restaurants and bus stop at the end of the street, so access to Adelaide city was easy. We only took our car out of the garage once. I would highly recommend staying here and I will be staying agin next time in Adelaide.

Lovely House
We travelling to Adelaide for the National Band Championship 2024, and needed a place close to the CBD and University of Adelaide. This house was perfect. Close and easy access for our many trips back and forth, but it was also a really well maintained, clean and comfortable house. Carolyn was so responsive to all of our questions, and was an excellent host. I would highly recommend this house, and if we travel back to Adelaide in the future, we will definitely look to stay here again.

Ideal Adelaide Base
Carolyn’s property is a beautiful historical home, updated for modern living with all the comforts you need and in the most tasteful manner. Thoughtfully fitted out with anything you need for a home away from home stay. Carolyn was a delight to deal with and always so prompt to respond. The home is the ideal location for exploring Adelaide. We will be back!

Our stay at this property was absolutely blissful! Our Host was so very accommodating. We were attending a family wedding with people coming from all over Australia and to enjoy each other's company at this venue made the three days a wonderful memory. Great house. Excellent location. A lovely house in a great location
We were a group of friends staying in Adelaide for the cricket test and this house met all our needs. The house has lovely high ceilings, air conditioning, a well stocked kitchen and a nice outdoor space. We left the car in the garage and walked everywhere. Highly recommended.
