短期・長期滞在にも向いています

1泊のみの滞在でしたが、寝室とリビングルームに分かれたとても広い部屋でした。TVも2か所についており、少々古い建物でしたが大変快適でした。ロケーションも街の中心地で、空港からのアクセスも便利な場所でした。フロントの女性も感じのいい人で親切な対応をしてくれました。朝食時にホテルのレストランに行きましたが、ウェイトレスさんもとても親切でした。またアデレードを訪問する機会があったら利用したいです。

設備が整っていてステキなホテル

ホテル全体の施設は綺麗でルームサービスも朝方までやって下さる良いホテルです。屋上プールも夜10時まで使用可能でロケーションも最高です。ただ、日によって清掃のラベルが違ったりシャワーが固定なところが難点ですが、その他は大満足です。

ホテルの方がみんな優しく部屋も清潔感があって素晴らしい。また、備え付けiPadもあるので調べるのも便利

一人旅には手頃。観光の拠点に

建物は、そう、ちょっと前のシティホテルという感じ。若干古さを感じる部分はありますが、例えば部屋の設備は基本的にリニューアルされていて居住性に大きな不満はありません。部屋も広いですしね。WIFIも無料のわりに速かったです。敢えて難を言うとすればパワーアウトレット、コンセントが少なかった点。あと、駐車場は建物の屋内になりますが、ちょっと狭いです。大型の車だと気を使うし、場合によっては空きスペースがあっても停めるのが難しいかもしれません。

シャワーは良。部屋も清潔。スタッフの対応も良。中心部にあり便利。価格は少し割高に思えてしまう。2泊したが、希望はセキュリティボックスはほしかった。近くの駐車場が割安で使えた。駐車場は高価なので、ホテル駐車場を利用して近隣は歩いて回れる。

繁華街の端にあるビジネスホテル

ショッピングモールのある繁華街と同じ通りにあるいわゆるビジネスホテルである。豪華な設備はないが、部屋は広く、wifiはつながり、洗濯室もあるので、滞在の長いビジネス向きである。浴室は綺麗だが浴槽がないのが残念である。はす向かいにコンビニエンスストアもあり、不便は感じない。1本北側のノーステラスとよばれる地域は公園や博物館等もあり、川沿いの散歩には適している。

The website and booking boasts so much, but it didn't live up to the expectations at all. It offered breakfast but didn't make it clear where to book it. So when I tried, it turned out it wasn't included. Parking was very limited and expensive

Friendly and very courteous staff, rooms were clean & quiet enough, with comfortable bedding. Bathrooms included all the essential body products you need, and the tap water drinkable if you need to refill water bottles. The venue is only a short walk to the main CBD and attractions which was handy. Car parking is off site only a few mins walk away. We didn’t use the dining or bar facilities but if you don’t have your room serviced daily you can get a $10 food/beverage discount. The rooftop pool is divine!

We left the bar fridge with just complimentary water as we found since the pandemic, no-one was utilising stock which went out of date regularly. So we pulled that to allow guests to bring their own food and drinks and have somewhere to keep it cold. I'll look into the pool temperature as that sits at 26 degrees so should not be cold. I'll check our system to ensure that the setting is reliable. Appreciate the comment regarding Sunday. When business picks up we'll be able to open the bar and restaurant on that night again.Once again, thank you for your feedback. The air-conditioning remote did not work. The room was stuffy warm all night, not good in summer. The towels are old as the Adelaide hills. We loved the big room and renovation. Lovely swim in the pool.

Great short stay!

Easy check in at modern, inviting reception. Staff professional and very friendly. Room was everything I required for a one stay in Adelaide. Parking was a short walk away and no trouble to find.

The hotel is very old, no smart tv. Couldn’t even get Netflix. The pool is only 1m deep and ice cold so couldn’t use. Basically a kids pool. It is quite an old hotel that needs a revamp.

We have half the hotel with Smart TV's and we are gradually updating that system too. The pool we were a little restrictive in depth unfortunately although the water should be around 25 degrees as we test each day. On check in I get frustrated as they need my photo ID I can book on line and you take my money on booking, but when I get to the Motel, they will not proceed until i have photo ID. This is very frustrating. They allready have my money.
