The house features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet: one on the ground floor and two full bathrooms with showers upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and a capsule coffee machine, with complimentary capsules and sugar. Comforts include air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, workspace, and beach towels.



Enjoy the private balcony and uncovered terrace, both with sea and mountain views. The complex offers a communal garden, shared outdoor pool (open until 20:00 in summer and 19:00 in winter), children's pool, outdoor shower, two shared covered terraces, and a communal gym. Next to the pool, there is a communal sauna for up to 4 people.



Street parking and a shared garage space are available. Public transport is nearby. Events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Ball games are not allowed anywhere in the complex, including the pool area. No music is allowed at the pool. Quiet hours must be respected, especially after 22:00, to ensure neighbors' peace.



The beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and promenade are just a 10-minute walk away. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional fee. Please note Calle La Laja is one-way.
