Montesol I Apartment 6 has a fabulous views of the ocean, Siam Park and of sunrise to sunset. The interior has recently been completely modernised to high standards. The community pool and garden is shared by only 13 other apartments. You are within 800 m of the beach and many restaurants and entertainment venues. Stairs adjacent to Montesol I lead to the path to the beaches of Playa de las Américas and to Puerto Colon. Free parking is available about 50 meters before the blue gate of Montesol I. Short temporary parking for unloading luggage and groceries is available within the blue gate.
This apartment is ideal for people wanting a fabulous ocean view and view of tropical gardens. From the large windows in the living area you can follow the sun from the morning to the spectacular sunset. Built on a former agricultural site, Montesol I is on the side of the hill in San Eugenio Alto area of Costa Adeje. Since steps lead to the entrance and steps are also between this entrance and the pool garden area, this is not convenient for strollers or wheel chairs. Guests who love to integrate exercise in their daily routine will love it here, as I do! With a good internet connection, guests can work remotely during extended stays. There is lots to see and do within walking distance, so for stays under 1 week guests are highly recommended to relax, have fun and catch up on work when they’re back home.
Renting a car or e-bike is also recommended, although ordering a taxi or Uber when needed is always a viable alternative. With a complete kitchen including an oven and microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, guests can cook as much as they like. However, restaurants are reasonably priced and many have live music or are located near the beach or pubs with live music, so I recommend taking advantage of the location & great international selection of fine foods. There are big grocery stores and the Siam Mall within 5 minutes of driving, so stocking up the refrigerator is easy. Finding the upper parking lot of Montesol-I can be tricky the first time, since this development is not perfectly accurate in online maps. The best address to use is Calle Gran Bretana, 5D, Costa Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.

They will explain the special features of this unique apartment complex and provide you with two sets of keys. Suggestions of great places to see during your stay will be provided. We welcome further good recommendations from our guests about preferred restaurants or activities. The apartment has recently been completely refurbished and is equipped with highly effective ceiling ventilators. However, natural ventilation is a wonderful alternative through simply opening the door, locking the metal gate in the doorway and opening windows in the rooms.
