The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel entrance was under construction during my stay, and there was no air conditioning in the room, which made it very uncomfortable for me. Other than that, everything was good, and I had a pleasant stay.

My first two nights were spent without hot water, which meant taking cold showers for two days. While I could tolerate the cold showers in the morning, having to do the same at night was a major inconvenience and significantly affected my comfort. In addition, the TVs in the room were barely functional. They either froze, failed to load content, or shut off unexpectedly, making it difficult to use them at all. Overall, based on presentation and the quality of the stay, I would give this location 3 out of 5 stars. I’ve visited Addis Ababa before and stayed at another property, where the service was noticeably better and the staff were much more welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately, this recent experience did not reflect the level of hospitality I previously enjoyed.

The Hub Hotel provides excellent service and comfortable accommodations with new rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff at The Hub Hotel, including security personnel, receptionists, and servers, are known for their exceptional customer service. Mulu and Meron at the reception welcome you with warm smiles. Mohamed, Abel, Gosa, and others will make sure your stay is as good as your home. Overall, I rate The Hub Hotel as 9 out of 10.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was I had to put in so much effort to arrange the airport shuttle. I messaged them, emailed them, contacted them through facebook and finally through their business email. Shouldn't be that difficult to arrange. Otherwise the stay was great. Great buffet breakfast too

Relaxing at the Hub

My stay at the Hub was nice. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. They have a Spa and a gym on site (although the gym needs a little bit of work as far as the weights go). The immediate area has Chanoly Noodle (noodle/rice dishes with very nice smoothies and other drinks), a pharmacy, clothing stores, Ice cream and Cake shop as well as other restaurants. The Hub has its own in-house restaurant which was pretty good as well. Free shuttle service is provided to Bole Airport. The one problem I had with the Hotel was that it did not have Air conditioning. If not for that inconvenience (for the record, anything above 80 is too hot to me) I would have given the Hub a 5 out of 5 stars. I have pictures of my room loaded below for reference.

Good business hotel in Bole, not far from the big main streets. I stayed as tourist. Rooms are spacious and clean. Decor a bit dated, but plenty comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful, but could be bit more personable. I was not super impressed by the breakfast, but it sufficed. My room on the 4th floor was getting lots of outside noise from local bars throughout the night and well into the morning. Room is not air conditioned but luckily temps were very moderate during my September stay. Would recommend despite some of the noted items.

The Hub Hotel in Bole, Ethiopia was great!!!!! Comfortable rooms, great staff and management. The establishment has complimentary breakfast for guest and a very reasonable menu for the remainder of the day. The room service was great as well from laundry service, restaurant, bar. They have a great bar area for relaxing and unwinding on the main lobby floor. The have a Spa area for facials, massages, pedicure, manicure. The Hub Hotel is well suited for your average business meeting, function, college graduation, seminar, etc. In the days to come, The Hub Hotel is surrounded by newly renovated shops that will reopen soon, or they will consist of new businesses to the area. I felt very at home at The Hub Hotel and fully recommend this location to all. The price was great for any traveller. I will definitely use this location again be it business or pleasure.

Excellent in every way

Great new hotel well located to the airport and the city. The service was exceptional, restaurant food well prepared and enjoyable; front desk staff was professional and courteous; all staff had smiles on their faces and seemed to enjoy their work. The room was modern with even several USB outlets, spacious and with comfortable beds. It was a pleasure to have a roomy shower vs. bathtubs with are not necessary. Highly recommend this hotel.
