The good thing I can say about the Hotel is that they provided water on a daily, free breakfast was offered and the ladies who cleaned did their job and the reception desk, the ladies were also polite. What I didn't like was the Hotel either would shut power off sometimes three times a day where you couldn't use WiFi, the elevator was shut down and you had to walk the stairs because of it. That was everyday. I thought they were trying to save money. The Wifi was very bad there even if the electric was on. There were roaches running around in the restroom, on the desk in the room and in the shower area. The cleaning ladies cleaned but it seemed that they didn't like putting trashbags in your trash containers in the room. Well that was my experience. The Hotel had issues because my bathroom had a serious flood. I had to call the reception three times to get a maintenance to stop the water. It was water dripping from the bathroom pipe on the floor so fast I had to use the trash containers to catch some of the water. The bathroom floor was ful of water that even a heavy towell didn't help. Then in the shower, the water did not drain. I couldn't take a shower. I've been to Ethiopia before and had a more expensive Hotel and they never had that issue. Non of those issues.I was told by a tourist Mgr. that the Hotel I had was a 2 scale (adot tina). I saw some people give it a 4 but I would g8ve it a 3. I probably wouldn't choose this Hotel again based on my experien

Attention aux temps que vous faites. Ils sont capables de vous faire payer une nuit de plus. 6 nuits payés ils risquent de vous faire expulser le 5 qui me jour. Douche humide. Cafards et moustiques. Mon miroir de la douche jamais nettoyer. Les femmes d'entretien n'ont que de l'eau comme produit d'entretien. Personne ne parle français. Il y a la sécurité. Personnels accueillant et sympa.

Very good alternative to the chain hotels

Good hotel located not too far from the airport. Family style with a good restaurant and full bar. Very decently priced. Recommended.

Short stopover-stay in Adot Tina Hotel.

I was pleased to make this the first stop that I made in Addis Ababa and found the airport pick up; the meet & greet; the check-in and the attention from the staff to be very smooth and of a good standard. Even the room service staff were able to guide me well. Thanks. My sleep was very restful considering I arrived late and went out until 3.00 am (after 10.00pm and needed to eat immediately. Staff prepared a meal for me) I would recommend this hotel & location to other guests.

OK but you can find something better for the price

The location is great if you know your way around Addis, some staff members really makes an effort to make your stay pleasant while some are outright rude and hostile. I was not able to use the GYM area on the weekend as they do not allow customers staying in the hotel to use the facilities on weekends, the lady looking after the facility gave me a very rude speech about the rules being the rules. Overall there are better options for the price and I would not recommend the place.
