"Very clean. Accurate property information. Good location for our needs. We attended our son's wedding and prepared the rehearsal dinner in the kitchen. Kitchen supplies were limited but sufficient. Great back yard for relaxing and we loved the giant tree. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The farm house was very rural and isolated, perfect for some relaxing away from it all. The kitchen was not stocked very well, so consider bringing what you need if you are planning on cooking most meals there. The microwave didn't work either. The house has some insects/bugs/spiders, not unexpected with an old farmhouse in the fall. The AC worked better than expected given the unseasonably warm temperatures! Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"Highly recommend a stay at the old stone farm! The owner was super responsive and helpful leading up to and during our trip. The place is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed lazy mornings on the farm and ending out day around the fire pit at night. It was clean and cozy and the perfect background for curling up with a book and taking fun pictures outside. Our daughter loved getting to know all the animals and spent hours at the fence watching them do their thing and feeding them. The house is well appointed with everything you need to make fun dinners for the family or host as small gathering like we did. The house itself is a destination but it’s also an easy trip to Wintwrset or even Des Moines. Highly recommend you check it out. I’m sure it is beautiful in the spring and fall. Thanks for everything, Jessica. We’ll be back! "
