「This tiny home is adorable and the view of the pond at night with the lights is magical. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel comfortable. Downtown Denison being 10 minutes away made leaving for food or other necessities very quick and easy. We weren't able to enjoy sitting outside much due to the weather, but we managed to see some fireflies at night! Overall, a nice and relaxing stay.」

「Beautiful place. Host was very kind. We went for a fathers day weekend. He loved it! We had our preteen and grown children with us plus the dogs. Everyone had a great time. Durant, OK and Sherman, Tx are both super close for shopping. Got the ping pong table out, enjoyed the hot tub as well. Will definitely go again. Probably in the fall when it is not quite so hot and can spend some extra time in the hot tub!」
