This place is falling apart, cabinets missing doors, if we wanted to use the AC they charged me 600 pesos per night, and I had to tell them so they could turn it on.

Pido que pongan muy bien todas y cada una de las características exactas del hotel no contaban con agua caliente no cambian sábanas ni toallas las puertas se habren con cualquier llave de otra habitación en una sola palabra ni experiencia en el hotel fatal

La estancia no se hace responsable de nada yo llegué y le cancelaron mi reservación que tenía desde diciembre y no les aparecia mi reservación segun ellos un pésimo lugar me dijeron que la culpa la tenía la aplicación y que me arreglará con la aplicación y no me dieron ingreso y tuve que ir a otro hotel mucho mejor más barato que este hotel feo si tienen la oportunidad de ir a otro hotel vallan gasten un poco más pero van a estar mejor este hotel no se los recomiendo en lo más mínimo hay mucho mejores opciones

Pues el único inconveniente fue que luego no había nadie en la puerta para poder acceder a la habitación y la alberca estaba muy sucia. Las instalaciones están algo descuidadas pero para pasar la noche está bien.

Estuvo bien lo que no me agradó es que no era la habitación que decía la descripción al reservar y no tenía canales digitales como se ofrecía por último no está especificado que si pagas con tarjeta te cobran comisión para que lo tengan en cuenta, la atención fue buena y a pesar de lo sucedido se portaron muy accesibles a las peticiones y observaciones realizadas

La habitación estaba limpia y el personal es extremadamente amable, lo único es que están un poco descuidadas las instalaciones pero solo son detalles estéticos en general todo es completamente funcional el aire acondicionado solo se prende por las noche, está muy cerca de todo pero recomiendo el hotel para personas jóvenes pues tiene muchas escaleras y se encuentra en una calle elevada volvería sin duda

Es un buen hospedaje para un bajo presupuesto, la alberca estaba en mantenimiento y no pude ocuparla. Si quieres ocupar el aire acondicionado es un costo extra. Se encuentra muy serca de la avenida principal. tiendas, lugares para comer, y transporte público a minutos caminando.

No hagan reservacion x q no t la respetan No m la respetaron y tuve q conseguir en otro lado Así como ellos ponen q te sancionaron x no cumplir , deberían de sancionar los a ellos x q no cumplieron con mi reservacion y no te dan alternativa Espero esto llegue alguien q si haga algo Ese dia llovió en la noche q si no hubiera encontrado donde quedarme la hubiera pasa masa mal Espero q se pueda hacer algo o con quien debo de reportar este abuso ???

Es la segunda ocasión que utilizo este hospedaje del condesa y su atención es excelente los servicios de gasolinera restaurantes playas y la misma costera a unos pasos el único pero sería un estacionamiento contiguo pero el cobro es muy independiente del hospedaje de ahí en fuera excelente......
