安心のホテル
町の中心部にありながら海にも近く、メリディアンという安心感がある。 改装されてレストランも客室もきれいで、掃除も行き届いていてせいけつかんもある。 最上階のレストランは、今のアブダビのまちのなかで高層階と言い難いが、町を見渡せる眺望は素晴らしい。

素晴らしいサービス、朝飯、雰囲気、隣部屋がうるさい。
1.良かった点　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　①チェックイン時間より早くチェックイン出来たこと。（通常14：00→今回12：00）　②夜9：50のフライトだった為、レイトチェックアウトを17：00に要望したら追加費用無しで延長出来たこと。（通常12：00→今回17：00）　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　③朝飯ビュッフェの種類が豊富で更に美味しかったので大満足。　　　　　　　　　　④部屋が広く快適だった。（スーツケース2個広げても余裕がありました。）　　　　2.悪かった点　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　①隣の部屋とコネクティングルーム用のドア(通常は施錠)があり、それが通常の壁より薄い為、隣部屋の声が良く聞こえて寝れなかった。しかも、隣部屋の宿泊者は朝7：00まで音楽を爆音で鳴らしていた為、一睡も出来なかった。ということで、コネクティングルーム用のドアの防音を宜しくお願いします。　　　　　　　　　　以上、いろいろ書きましたが、サービスは良かったです。コネクティングルーム用のドアの防音をすれば、完璧な五つ星です。

コンシェルズのスタッフがとても親切にしてくれました。空港で荷物の到着が遅れたのを調査してもらい、とても助かりました。ありがとう。朝食もまあまあで、また次回も利用したい。

ホテルとしてはとても良いクオリティです。
部屋はシティビューということもあってか、窓は小さく、景色は特に楽しめませんでした。オフィス街なのか、徒歩圏内に特にレストランが多数あるとか、お土産屋があるとかではないようです。地図で見ると結構各観光地が近そうですが、とても歩いていける距離ではありませんので、いずれにしてもタクシー移動が必要です。私たちは、頻繁にタクシーを拾ったり待機してもらったりする交渉が面倒だったので、前夜にコンシェルジュに市内半日観光ツアー（英語）を手配してもらいました。コンシェルジュの方の対応はとても親身で親切でよかったです。朝ご飯はプランに入っていなかったため、前夜に近所にあるマクドナルドでテイクアウトしておきました。1ブロック隣（南側？）のビルの2階にあります。 特に立地が街中だから便利、ということもないかと思いますので、フェラーリワールドに行くとか、ツアーで市内観光するとかであれば、空港近くのホテルでも良いかと思います。ただ、ホテル1階にあるSobaというレストランはとてもおいしかったです。海外での日本料理ということで期待していませんでしたが、どの料理についても、日本で出すとしてももっとお金を取って良いと思える味とクオリティでした（結局当日夜と翌昼の2回行きました）。各品、1000円前後でした。

安心して泊まれるホテル
4人で2部屋を予約したところ、2ベッドルーム＋リビングのお部屋にアップグレードしていただきました。お部屋に案内してくれたポーターも大変親切にお部屋の説明をしてくれてたこと、レストランへ遅い時間に入ったにもかかわらずスタッフが快く接客してくれたこと、とてもよかったです。 以前宿泊した時は改装されたお部屋だった記憶があり、そのお部屋を想像していたのですが、アップグレードのお部屋は広くて嬉しかったものの、インテリアやバスルームの古さが否めないなと感じました。

Too Cold
I cut off AC air coming by the controller in the room still too cold for me. Wired internet connection is available. This is good because I can expect stable connection.　The speed is moderate and rate was 70dhs/day. Compared to modernized outlook, room, equipment and furniture looks very old and outdated. But they are maintained in a good condition and the room is clean and neat. Hotel staff was friendly and nice.

UAEアブダビで歩けるエリア
2011年6月、ビジネスで訪UAE。 気温42℃　照りつける陽射とムッと蒸す感じに、中東に来た！と実感した。 ちなみに帰国後、入れ替わるようにサッカー五輪Ｕ22の選手団がクェート入り。熱い熱いと言っているのが理解できる。あの報道にある熱さが６月の中東。 さてホテルですが、車寄せ＆入口が判りずらく、レンタカーで行く方は一発目は迷うかも。タクシーなら全く問題なし！ 部屋は、実にキレイ！ベッドも布団も自然な柔らかさで熟睡できる！ シャワーの水の吹き出しの良さ抜群！キレイ！ 全室オーシャンビューなので、朝、エメラルドの海を見下ろすと気持ちよかった。 １階のブッッフェ…、目玉商品はないですが、品数は豊富。 プールは小さく、中庭にあるので、Beach Rotana や Inter Continental の様な南国リゾート感はこのプールには無い。 ただし、歩ける範囲には…フードコート、ショッピングが出来るシアター館、ケンタッキーやスーパーマーケットがある交差点まで３分。 そこを右折するとミスド（５分）やスタバ（７分）があり、 アブダビでは珍しく歩けるエリア。 タクシーも安く、空港との間が千円ほど、エミレーツパレスやマリーナモールまで三百円程度で行く！ お出掛けしてホテルに戻ると、ロビーでコーヒーとデーツの無料サービスがあって寛げる。

The staff are attentive, engaging and 'go the extra mile' to ensure our 2 year old was feel comfortable and happy. We spent lovely days at the pool. The breakfast was absolutely first class.
