Elevator was out so everyone was taking the stairs and they put me in a room right next to the door to the stairs, which slammed for hours. I called the front desk to see if someone would prop it open and there was no results so I propped it open myself with two towels, I went to get some ice, but the ice machine was blocked by two mattresses. If there is anyway possible, I will never stay at another La Quinta.

Pool had dirty socks, bird feathers, and lots of debris (trash, leaves, etc) was murky/ no way you could even think about swimming. Room doors had a gap above at an angle as if the door was off by 2 inches on one side- very odd. The room we booked had no couch bed and that was a major inconvenience- the space where the couch goes was there- you could tell they recently moved it. I should have got a refund.

I drove in an hour and a half to stay overnight due to an important test I had to take the following day. Upon arrival, the elevator was out of order and I had to climb three flights of stairs to make it to the third floor with all my things. When I entered, I checked the room quickly and noticed there was women’s hair still on the pillows. The front desk lady brought me up new sheets but because there was no cleaning staff on site at that time, I had to change the sheets myself. The floor needed to be vacuumed and the furniture was dusty. To top it off, I finally fell asleep close to 3am. The noise of doors opening and closing, footsteps, and just outside noise was a bit much. :/

I did not like the room at all. The room smelled like mold and the front door would not close, the bathroom would not lock. The doors overall looked like they had been forced open. I will not go to this hotel again

It has been a few years since the last time we stayed at this property and it has gone down hill. The staff were fine and friendly, but the state of the property is terrible. Exterior doors that wont close so they can be secured, equipment room doors wide open, pool was disgusting, elevator is run down and barely aligns with the floor when the doors open, the beds were rock hard, the A/C barely worked, and the tv would not stay shut off.

Property was well located, comfortable and had a great breakfast. TV did not work in our room, well, the cable/digital box had issues, likely just needed reset but we were too tired to bother worrying about it. Overall, furniture, hallways, walls, carpets, etc are definitely approaching their end-of-life before a remodel. Beds were clean and comfortable which is really all we cared about but I know appearances can freak people out.

Worse place to stay. First room had a leak in the ceiling so got moved to another room and the paint was coming off the wall becaue of moisture or water behind it.

Happy family stay!!
My family and I very much appreciated the friendly staff, clean rooms, and the whole overall stay at La Quinta. This is our 2nd time staying at this location and will definitely be staying again. It is located close to stores for shopping and plenty of restaurants. Love this hotel. Its also well lit all the way around the building so it gives you a safe feel. Thank you for everything.

It was ok, not a great as in the past.
Seems a pipe had busted water damage, also floor in room was not clean. Elevator floor dirty. Toilet stopped up. Overall it was ok. Not as good as in the past but all employees were great at their job.
