Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Soirée cahotique

Soirée cahotique : mauvaise adresse, mauvais numéro, réceptioniste mauvais qui n'avait pas de trace de ma réservation et a voulu me faire repayer et logement insalubre. Après deux bonnes heures à chercher le logement, et la constatation de sa qualité, j'ai finalement pris un autre hôtel. Je n'arrive pas à vous joindre par chat (pas possible par téléphone car à l'étranger). Je vous propose d'échanger lundi par chat aux heures ouvrées. J'ai finalement pris un Ibis via Hotels.com. Je sollicite le remboursement intégral, un dédommagement et vous recommande de sanctionner l'hotel sur la plateforme. Dernier point pour votre info, l'hôtel propose des nuits en direct deux fois moins cher que sur Hôtels.com ce qui est plutôt l'inverse de ce dont j'ai l'habitude. Je reste notamment attaché à votre service et connais la réactivité de votre service client. J'ai conscience que vous ne pouvez pas assurer une qualité de 100% et vous confirme mon souhait de continuer à rester client chez vous. A lundi
