The sq footage for a hotel room in Manhattan, especially in such a convenient location, is quite phenomenal. Rooms are dated but impeccably clean and well maintained.
Did not find an AC control in the room and it was a little warm. The kitchen is well equipped and a great bonus I'd imagine for those travelling with a family

The hotel is in great need of a renovation. The rooms, hallways, bathrooms are all very tired and look old and a bit dirty. ... The hotel hosts conferences so during the week you should expect very full and very slow elevators. ... At this price point there are plenty of better places to stay. I will not be returning.
