「We enjoyed a great stay in Savannah. Hotel location made it easy to get to all locations we wanted to visit. Rooms were beautiful & fresh and the onsite parking garage was very convenient.」

「The room was comfortable but the walls were a bit thin as we could hear snoring in the room next door. Parking felt safe. I will bring my own coffee/coffee pot next time. Tania was very kind, friendly and helpful and got our stay off to a great start. Savannah is expensive in general and although I thought this property was a bit overpriced we would stay there again. The midtown location was actually very convenient for our home base for Savannah adventures.」

「Breakfast was great. Bathroom floor and shower were slippery when wet. Arrived at 4:20 for 3:00 check in and was told room will not be ready for 30 to 45 minutes.」

「Everything was excellent from check in to check out」

「Checked in around 5 PM, greeted and promptly checked into room 308, the room was in top condition and pretty clean. I enjoyed the pool and fireplace amenity, alongside the comfortable bed and engaging TV. When I checked out I was charged for parking even though I did not have one there, but the issue was quickly resolved. Would stay here again 👍」

「The floor was in our room was very dirty; we actually washed it ourselves because we don’t wear shoes in the room and it made our feet filthy. The elevator smells like body odor; it needs to be cleaned. Most of the staff are friendly but some of the front desk people are not customer service oriented; they are more interested in being on their phones or having personal conversations. The people cleaning the breakfast area do a great job; they keep the tables washed and everything is well...

「Parking was easy and no additional cost so I appreciated that. Staff was so nice and helpful. Shopping nearby. My only complain per se is my air conditioning unit kept making a sound and the couch and curtains were pretty dirty in my room. And the lighting wasn’t great since it was only lamps. Not a major deal since I was only in it but so much but definitely doesn’t make it feel worth spending the amount we did for 2 nights. 」

「The hotel overall could use a good deep cleaning, the staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was fresh and good. No exhaust fan for the bathroom. When we parked to check in there was not anything with a sign lighting up to specify front of building or lobby (after dark). The exterior side door to the stairs slams extremely hard. Not the worst hotel i had stayed in, but also not the best. 」

「I walked in and walked right back out! The smell of cigarettes and weed was over powering.. The staff did try to move us but the other rooms were the same. Bottom quality hotel」

「I liked my room very much. It had everything I needed, including things I didn't.... blow dryer, fridge, microwave. The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillows and the linens felt good. I had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast is convenient and good. I've stayed here twice and will stay again in 6 months. The staff were all friendly. The facility was clean and quiet.」

「The property was dirty, the evening staff was not friendly, the kitchen in the room was out dated , and there was no towels in the room. The carpet in the lobby, hallway, and the room was nasty. I would not recommend this hotel in this area.」
