The hotel was convenient to shopping and where I needed to go. However, it seemed run down and the fitness area was very small. I also did not have any recognition of the VIP perks that I usually get.

Check in attendant was very rude. Dismissive and interrupted me every time I tried to speak. Couldn’t find our reservation then indicated I had booked the wrong hotel when I clearly had a confirmation text and receipt email from Expedia.

Just needed a place to stay for a concert & this sandman location blew our expectations away! Loved the close shopping and restaurants. We were on the 6th floor & the ceilings were super high and the room really nice! Would stay here again if there’s another concert in the area & would recommend to anyone.

The upholstered headboard on the bed was all worn out, especially the side facing directly to the TV. The payment system was not working at front desk for check in but did in the restaurant, photocopies of drivers license and credit card were taken, was not a comforting feeling. The bar at the hotel had no taps working for beer, broken TV's and the lights were full brightness, no ambiance. Our group headed to another establishment nearby. Upon checkout all the billing was messed up for the group. Frustrating experience.

Overall wasn’t terrible. The property is at a good location close to tons of shopping/food within a minutes walk. The hotel looks fairly nice inside and out and on the surface. But could definitely use a deep clean. Was surprised by hardly any highway noise being so close too. The lobby smells heavy of the pool chemicals and rarely anyone to great you at the check in desk in passing. Overall, I’ve had better but certainly had worse. If I had to come through again I’d likely stay just due to the near by amenities and short drive to the airport

Very busy traffic area, but that's due to it's proximity to the highway. Also very close to the Abbotsford airport. Lots of food choices and entertainment at the mall nearby. Staff here are very nice. Hot tub and pool were small but adequate and convenient to the lobby. 24 Denny's attached to the property is a bonus as well.

The hotel is nice and friendly staff. However, the bed is not the same as that shown in the pictures on the website. Scratches on the headboard is very bad and they are the same in the two rooms I was shown. I felt deceived and cheated. This is the first time I am seeing such bad quality headboards in the hotel. Very disappointed.

I arrived at 2pm and they claimed that there was no rooms ready and check in was not until 4pm. I sat in the lobby for over an hour and had to finally ask if I could get a room. The hotel is not close to full. I also had to ask for the VIP voucher as I don’t think they wanted to give it to me. The room smells like old socks and is in poor condition. I tried to open the window but no screen. This hotel needs a renovation and some management. I have stayed here a few times before and I should know better. Never again

Clean and safe, access is ok just have understand what to do. Close to highway so you can hear the traffic some but not enough to stop you from sleeping. Great for getting back on the highway!
