「Street parking was better than covered parking offered. Mattress and bedding needed replacing with new. Room and bathroom were clean. No one was at the property to greet us. However, they communicated by email promptly. Fabiola, our host, was delightful. Her breakfast was wonderful.」

「Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer sterbenden Umgebung das Shoppingcenter wirkt ungepflegt. Viele Leerstände und teilweise vermüllt. Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön aber vieles ist kaputt. Stühle im Zimmer so kaputt das man sich nicht setzen kann. Teppich ausgefranzt und die Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ok. Alles bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber da der Preis wirklich günstig war und das Hotel trotzdem schön und sauber war würde ich wieder kommen. 」

「Fresh home cooked breakfast. Amazing welcome and friendly staff. Lucia and Luca were very attentive. Large suite with a patio. 2 minutes walk to the station and they have parking on site. Lots of eating options in the town. We will definitely stay again next time visiting the Lakes. 」

「Albergo Sala was a unique experience in the small village of Valbrona. It was quiet and not much to do but that's what we were looking for. The staff were excellent and very helpful and the food was wonderful. The inn is historic and has been in the family for a few hundred years! As it is off the beaten track it is advisable to have a car as public transport is infrequent and challenging and taxi service is quite expensive. Aside from that it was a great place to stay a few days.」

「Lovely, quiet stay, good breakfast and breathtaking view! Just a heads-up, there’s no ramp at the entrance, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up the stairs. A/C wasn’t available during our stay either. The weather was nice for keeping the windows open, but with allergy season, it’s kind of a trade-off: either close the window and deal with the heat, or open it and deal with allergies.」

「Location was nice right on the lake. The breakfast was great. Staff at check in were good but otherwise no real contact with many. The room had an unusual set up and was difficult to access/store our bags. There was no surface or space big enough to put them (we had small bags!). The shower was in the same room as the bed. Bathroom area was clean and modern except it only had a sheer curtain on the giant window and didn’t offer much privacy when the lights were on (this was REALLY weird!). It’s...
