This is a great location. My husband fished and I bird watched. We rode ebikes around the neighborhood. Very safe and quiet. The private boat ramp was great. The house was super clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a rainbow on our first day and a sunset rainbow on our last. We loved it

Perfect setting for Thanksgiving weekend

The condo has a great view of the water and the furnishings are very nice. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend it except for a couple of unpleasant details. We were looking forward to watching the Iron Bowl on the large TV in the living area. But there was no cable or antenna and the Roku wasn’t working. Luckily, we brought our own Fire Stick. On departure, we carefully followed all the rules, and left the place clean. But several days later, I discovered an additional charge for “missing items.” I have no idea what that was about. We are not thieves.

Amazing location!

This property is probably one of the best at Lake Eufaula. The location, dock and flat yard going to the water makes it a perfect spot for a weekend at the lake. Plenty of space. All items needed are provided. The owner is very responsive and wants you to like you’re having a home away from home experience 👍

Annual Barr Lake Stay

The property was very convenient, very accommodating, and very comfortable. We have stayed here several years and always enjoy it very much. Great family time! Already talking about next year!

Lovely property on the heart of the lake

Very fun stay right on the lake, with an excellent private boat ramp to launch. We took our 17 foot sailboat out on the lake several days in good winds. The house was roomy with comfortable beds and nice screened porches. Note to boaters: Since the dock is on the main body of the lake, the wave action can be very rough. Our boat has a low freeboard and could have gotten caught under the dock and damaging the gunwales. To prevent this, we ran a ratchet strap as a jack line between the cleats of the mooring whip bases. Then we tied long fenders hanging from the jack line so the boat was not able to slip under the dock.

The house was located at a great spot on the lake, very nice facility, NO hot water, cold inside, could not adjust heat, TV would not work, no closet in master bedroom. Towels were not out, could not find them until second day, no soap in bathrooms. It was however a beautiful location and house. I tried to call VRBO and could not get through.

Big Bass Tour

The house was very nice and was right on the water. There was plenty of room in the driveway for 2 trucks and a boat. All the bedrooms were big and lots of space for the two upstairs. We felt right at home. Would stay there again. Only wish would be, to have access to the garage as it rained the first day and it would have been nice to park the boat in there to prep for the next day but wouldn't change anything else.

Welcoming home with amazing views

We truly enjoyed our stay in this welcoming home. The house is spacious and well appointed and has more than met our needs. The property is a true gem with an incredible, peaceful location and breathtaking views. The owner is hospitable, courteous and very prompt in communicating. We look forward to going back!

Picture Perfect

We came to the area to celebrate our daughters senior year with a photo shoot in her favorite place, Eufaula. This townhome was perfect! Bedrooms were roomy, balconies were great for afternoon socializing and morning coffee watching the sunrise. It was close enough that we could enjoy our favorite restaurants and shopping both Abbeville and Eufaula. We can not wait to come back, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

South Lake Eufala Vacation

Beautiful location on the lake with an awesome view. There is a small island straight across the lake, to cool off or play on the beach. The house is very nice and spacious and there is a private boat ramp, which was also very nice and convenient 👍 Our family enjoyed their stay here and I will happily recommend this place.

Eufala Vacation

Property and condo was very nice. The view was beautiful and condo was very clean. Couple of hiccups at first but Mike was very quick to address and fix issues. It is listed as a house but is 1/3 of 3 condos all together. Loved our stay. Terry
