We had a very special and relaxed 4 night stay at Helvetia. We were very pleased with comfortable big room and most welcoming atmosphere! A big thank for every single member of the team, who made our stay unforgettable! We loved swimming in the pool, it is a big enjoyment for us. It's works till 11pm,which is very convenient,if someone checked in a bit late. But most empression we got from the restaurant. We booked with a full board, and every meal was just delishes and witha good choice. Fantastic service and we know now about Italian cuisine more , thank you very much for it! Also we used a free bikes ,to cycle along wineyards and fields,by a very good cycle road we found. Would like to visit Helvetia again one day!

Main downside was no tea/coffee in the room - everything has to be paid for separately eg at the bar. Good breakfast was included for us. Bikes can be used for free which was nice. Air con not great, more like a fan, but we opened a window and in late May this was fine. Pleasant staff other than one officioius type in the restaurant.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was simply a base for us. The hotel is tired and needs updating. The fitness centre is old and equipment is in bad condition. The reception staff, except the man, are grumpy and unwelcoming. We will not return.

Wir waren zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel ist überschaubar, individuell und klein. Die Küche ist sehr gut. Der Restaurantbetrieb sehr elegant und nicht spießig. Die unmittelbare Nähe des Schwimmbeckens, welches direkt vom Zimmer auf kurzem Wege zu erreichen ist, macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Raccontare dell'Helvetia è come raccontare di una vecchia diva di Hollywood, stanca e piegata dall'età. Si tratta sicuramente di un hotel che in passato offriva un gran servizio e che si meritava tutte le sue 4 stelle, ma oggi l'unica cosa a 4 stelle rimasta è il personale: cordiale, disponibile, impeccabile nell'etichetta, a testimonianza di un tempo che fu. Il resto è decisamente mediocre se non peggio. Le stanze sono logore e poco curate: strappi, macchie, muffa, mancanza totale di manutenzione. Quello che un tempo era un arredamento sfarzoso, oramai è decadente. Il cibo è da dimenticare: se la colazione raggiunge un sufficienza stentata (di caldo solo ottime uova strapazzate e bacon) ma totale assenza di varietà nel salato. Niente formaggi, salmone, affettati solo cotto da discount, nulla di quanto dovrebbe avere un 4 stelle con ospiti europei. Discreto il reparto dolce. La cena semplicemente imbarazzante, sembrava di stare in una RSA, non aggiungo altro. Fantastica l'acqua termale, un sogno per quanto piacevole. La piscina interna non viene ritoccata da almeno 5 anni, forse 10. Ovunque si vede trascuratezza. Per fortuna il terzo giorno è spuntato il sole e siamo potuti stare fuori. Ecco, il giardino e la piscina esterna molto convincenti, un 7.5 meritato. Ma se piove… Ti ritrovi dentro e lì è da 5 secco. Mi spiace, ma per 4 stelle mi attendo molto di più. Non torneremo di certo.

Amiamo l'Hotel Helvetia e un paio di volte l'anno vi soggiorniamo. In questa occasione diamo un giudizio più negativo del solito perché troviamo molto discutibile la scelta della direzione di chiudere alle 22, invece che alle 23 le pompe dei massaggi delle piscine. Era bello soprattutto quello andare in piscina dopo cena e rilassarsi prima di andare a dormire

Amo le terme dell'Hotel Helvetia e un paio di volte l'anno sono solito passarci. Tutto ok con i servizi alberghieri, specialmente con la cortesia del cameriere addetto alle colazioni. Un po' meno bene del solito relativamente alle piscine con lettini e polla fuori servizio e minor cortesia da parte del bagnino serale.

die Homepage und die Wirklichkeit weichen enorm von einander ab. Morgen essen für Italien unterdurchschnittlich (eher 3 Sterne-Hotel). Wurst gab es Salami und Schinken die Auswahl war sehr beschränkt. Wer Käse liebt sollte das Hotel meiden. Auf meine frage ob ich Omelette bekommen könnte wurde ich vom Chef auf die Rühreier verwiesen. Nachtessen eher schlecht (Silvesteressen schlecht). Das essen war meistens fad und der Reis war auch für italienische Verhältnisse zu wenig gekocht. Im Restaurant wurde in der Qualität des Services klar von Stammgästen zu neuen Gästen unterschieden. Der Garten und das Schwimmbad sind für 4 Sterne normal eher zu klein. Das Hotel hat schon bessere Tage erlebt und wird laufend sanft saniert. Die Massage Anwendungen waren hervorragend die Masseurin und Kosmetikerin Catarina ist freundlich und gehört für mich zu den besten die ich je hatte. Beim Fango wurden wir 2x von 6 mal versetzt. Beim letzten mal schenkte das Hotel uns die letzten 2 Massagen (für mich und meine Frau) als Entschädigung. Das Hotel ist sauber das Wasser sehr warm 36-38° schätze ich. Achtung Badekappen Pflicht. Bei den Verboten Hunde im Hallenbad, tauchen und Filmen, Fotos sieht man das ganze eher locker. Fazit wer von Abano Ausflüge plant und nur das Morgenessen möchte ist im Helvetia sicher gut aufgehoben. Der tiefere Preis zu anderen 4 Sterne Hotels wird durch den schlechteren Standard des Hotels ausgeglichen. Alle anderen empfehle ich sich ein anderes Hotel in Abano auswählen.

Hotel in ottima posizione, staff cortese e disponibile, un po' datato nelle zone comuni. Piscina di medie dimensioni con un sufficiente numero di idromassaggi. Ristorante con buon assortimento di proposte, migliorabile la colazione (per i succhi e le bevande che preferisco servite) Nella nostra grande stanza ho trovato il materasso un po' duro e doccia da rinnovare ma ho intravisto altre in cui tali cambiamenti erano stati fatti.

Sono stato cliente della struttura per un soggiorno di coppia durante la settimana di ferragosto. La struttura in generale è curata ma gestita male. 1. La pulizia delle stanze è effettuata in modo lento e spesso superficiale (muffe presenti attorno alla vasca e termo arredo pieno di polvere). 2. La piscina, unica e suddivisa in due ambienti, uno interno ed uno esterno dovrebbe essere presenziata da personale per evitare il cattivo uso delle attrezzature presenti. Inoltre molti angoli della piscina non risultano ben puliti. 3. Non è presente una vasca di acqua fredda per refrigerassi alla fine del ciclo termale. 4. Il servizio di ristorazione offre un buon livello di cucina ma il servizio in sala è scarso (tempi lunghi di attesa per le ordinazioni, assenza di stoviglie ai pasti, stoviglie datate e tovaglie non sempre perfettamente pulite). 5. L'aria condizionata è centralizzata e capita che si accenda rumorosamente nel cuore della notte. Le quattro stelle probabilmente sono un ricordo di un'altra epoca. E' da considerarsi un tre stelle.
