Air conditioning very bad…..

We arrived in 32 degrees and the room was almost warmer than that, air conditioning couldn’t cool the room down, so a night almost without any sleep. The refrigerator was also not working and we mentioned that 2 times for the staff, end of the story- we could have another refrigerator next morning, only a one night stay so that was not helping us. Nice Breakfast and friendly staff.

L'Hotel Principe Terme è un bel 3 stelle dagli ambienti eleganti situato a due passi dal centro di Abano. La stanza, di dimensioni adeguate, era pulita e silenziosa. Buone la SPA e la bella piscina, in parte coperta, dove è possibile fruire di lettini o tavoli. Degni di nota, la professionalità e disponibilità del personale e la qualità eccellente delle pietanze servite nel ristorante. Consigliato.

Siamo rimasti solo un paio di giorni. Bello l'hotel e piacevole la piscina (a disposizione gratuitamente degli ospiti), forse solo un po' troppo calda a mio avviso. Colaziine ottima

La sauna, ma in camera

Premetto che la mia valutazione si basa sulla mia esperienza di un solo pernottamento e colazione, dovuta a viaggio di lavoro. Quindi, dato che sono arrivato alle 8pm, non ho potuto godere di nessuno dei tanti servizi offerti in primis la piscina. Struttura enorme come gran parte degli hotel di Abano. Esterni vecchi e da ristrutturare, interni sfarzosi nella hall e sala ristorante; meno ai piani! La camera che mi è stata assegnata aveva moquette e arredamenti vecchi La nota dolente è stato il climatizzatore tenuto spento e acceso solo da me una volta arrivato in camera. Stiamo parlando di giornate con 36 gradi e di una stanza posta al primo piano, praticamente sopra la zona spa termale. La camera era bollente!! Il climatizzatore, coi suoi anni, non riusciva a raffreddare la stanzetta. Dico solo che Ho dovuto fare una doccia gelata a mezzanotte per rinfrescarmi un po’ e finalmente verso le 2 di notte si è iniziato a percepire il lavoro del clima e finalmente sono riuscito a prendere sonno. Colazione abbondante e varia con prodotti di qualità. Staff cordiale e professionale

Buon albergo

L'albergo è un po' datato ma comunque è ben tenuto e pulito ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Abbiamo usufruito della sola colazione che è ben fornita, unico appunto all'albergo: se la colazione termina alle 10.00, non è molto corretto che alle 9.30 cominciate già a smantellare limitando i prodotti disponibili.

Sehr gut, wenn man einen ruhigen Aufenthalt such

Das Hotel ist etwas älter aber schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Die Poollandschaft nicht sehr groß aber schön. Das Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend (3 Sorten Wurst, verschiedenes Brot, 1 Sorte Käse, Müsli, Jokurt, ausreichend Obst, auf Nachfrage Ei, wie in Italien üblich ausreichend Süßes und Kaffee und Getränke. Die Zimmer sind gut und sauber, Betten bequem, leider in einigen Zimmern Teppich. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder dort ein Paar Tage Verbringen.

sicuramente questo hotel ha deluso le mie aspettative visto le recensioni che avevo letto al momento della prenotazione, come anche la camera non rispecchiava affatto le foto pubblicate. Cosa che non mi è mai successo ad Abano il pagamento dell'utilizzo della zona SPA e il pagamento dell' uso della piscina il secondo giorno del week end. Comunque queste notizie è giusto farle presente alla clientela altrimenti si tratta solo di un richiamo per le allodole.Piscina tra l'atro dove all'esterno non si tocca. Devo invece constatare che il cibo era buono.

Solides Hotel in guter Lage

Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch große Sauberkeit und sehr freundliches Personal aus. Dadurch, dass der Großteil der Gäste Italiener herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Zum Abendessen elegante Kleidung üblich. Sehr freundliches Service bei Tisch, keine Wartezeiten, gute Küche (allerdings nicht sehr abwechslungsreich). Die Rezeption ist kompetent und multilingual. Ein sehr angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Würde wieder dorthin fahren.

Geheimtipp - hätte einen 4. Stern verdient

Lage: zentral am Rand der Fußgängerzone, Bushaltestelle nach Padua, Venedig und Flughafen direkt vor dem Hotel Gebäude: mehrstöckiges, gepflegtes 3-Sterne-Haus aus den 60er-Jahren mit allen zeitgemäßen Einrichtungen (Lobby, Bar, Terrasse vor dem Haus, besonders stilvoller Speisesaal, moderne Kurabteilung, kombiniertes Hallen/Freibad mit Thermalwasser, Garten mit Liegen) Sauberkeit: überall peinlich sauber Zimmer: hatte ein Upgrade auf ein großes Doppelzimmer mit Dusche/WC, Digital TV, Tresor, großem Kleiderschrank und Südbalkon; Matratzen waren absolut ok, tägliche Reinigung und Wäschewechsel Gästestruktur: während meines Aufenthaltes ausschließlich italienische Gäste aller Altersgruppen Management: Familienbetrieb im besten Sinne unter Leitung der Eigentümerin und ihrer Mutter Einrichtung: klassisch gediegen, im Speisesaal mit fester Tischzuordnubg täglicher Wechsel der Tischwäschr sowie der makellosen Stoffservietten, man isst mit schwerem Silberbesteck, heute eine Seltenheit Küche: sehr abwechslungsreiche italienische Küche mit 3 Wahlmenüs, Frühstücksbüffet ausgerichtet auf den süßen Geschmack der Italiener, aber für jeden Geschmack genug Auswahl Getränke: gute Qualität bei moderaten Preisen (Espressob1,10, 1 l Mineralwasser 1,70, 0,7 l Flasche guter Tischwein 8 Euro) Service: unaufdringlich und effizient Fazit: Hotel für „italophile“ Gäste, auch als Alternative zu den oft überteuerten Hotels in Venedig zu empfehlen - dorthin ist es nur ein „Katzensprung“

Great stay.

This was my 4 th time in Abano but 1st time with kids and 1st time at the principe. We had a great time. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect. The bus stop for Venice and Padova was right in front of the hotel and the pedestrian area just a few minutes walk. To any one debating.... about getting full board or just breakfast ..... full board is well worth the price and the food is amazing (they also accommodated the kids to the best of their ability). Nothing beats the thermal pool !!!!! Kids loved it as well. We would return anytime. Great experience. Thank you hotel principe .

Relax informale

Piscina stupenda esterna ed interna con acqua termale, percorso kneipp e idromassaggio. Bravissima la massaggiatrice del centro benessere. Assai professionale e cortese il personale di sala. Poca scelta per il cibo, ma tutto gustoso e di buona qualità. Camere un po' vecchiotte ma spaziose e pulitissime, bagno spazioso e in ottime condizioni (probabilmente ristrutturato da poco). Atmosfera familiare ed informale.
