"The room had an odor. The room TV did not work. Spoke to the front desk. There was nothing done to accommodate this. Just an apology. "

"Bathroom toilet set needed to replace. Air conditioner was loud hard to sleep. Floors on the 4th floor were just add so you couldn’t take the elevator to that floor. Walls unfinished. The was being remodeled and I should have never been assigned. Housekeeping only added new towels for my five nights"

"There was no breakfast, nor was there a coffee pot in the room. Not even coffee in the lobby. There was not even a plastic cup in the room to take pills!! The room was "clean" although not perfect. No lamps, only overhead lights. The tile floors were better than carpet-easier to clean. The man who checked us in was delightful, cheerful and very well organized. No plastic cup in the room? Really?"

"They didn't honor our reservation and we advised of late check in! My 13 years old and me had to go to the Emerald Inn and suites across the streets. Which was gracious enough to accommodated us. Was not good for children or clean, and TV remote was broken, nice patch in the roof! Great potential if they do the work. New update bring a very clean towel and a bacteria kit start checking A/C. It is not your house nor do you have friends. When your stay ends leave if you don't get the receipt make sure it is on a trackable payment source! Email copy to family, yourself, company you booked from. Safety first be ready for anything!"
