"The Princess Royal was a lovely oasis. We had two rooms, one had been updated the other not. While the older room had a dent or ding, I would not fault it and it was still a high quality room that was exceptionally comfortable. Loved the staff and the range of options within the Process compound. A great family option or for a couples get away. "

She went above and beyond to help with all of our needs prior to arrival and then after as well. Next time we would follow her recommendations for dinner in town. "This hotel is very clean, rooms are luxurious and comfortable. We had a sea view room which was very scenic. At dinner you can see the sunset. We used the indoor pool and sauna frequently. From the back of hotel you have a pretty promenade for strolling at any point with connecting hotels and bars to dine at whilst overlooking the sea. I will definitely go back there again and stay at this hotel!!"
