"Expected more based on description and price considering that it is in Nis. Great location. Parking is limited - good luck! Terrible cocktails ( if you return it they still charge for it). Waiter (for outdoor serving) was rude. Room updated but poorly done. Doors were not closing well. No bathrobes (as described) and limited toiletries. Half of lights not working ( checked switches by the bed as well). No rooftop terrace. Good minibar pricing. Loud AC. Teo TVs one remote. "

"The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was truly lovely, an executive suite. Truly worth the extra little amount for the larger room. We lived the shower pressure and could have stayed in it for an hour. The bed was super comfortable. The parking garage is on the main road with a small blue P sign just before the main square before the pizza place. Easy to miss the first time around as it doesn’t say Ambassador just a P in blue for parking. The staff talked to me on the phone and waited outside for me to make sure I didn’t miss it a 2nd time. Super sweet ladies at check in and check out. Everyone was very helpful. The spa was lovely and I wish I had a couple of free hours to enjoy it rather than a quick walk thru. Enjoy your time in Nis at this hotel!"
