「Beim Bezug unseres Zimmers fiel uns auf, dass die Duschtür defekt war. Ein Stuhl hatte ein geknicktes Stuhlbein. Der Kühlschrank / Minibar war ohne Funktion. Hausmeister reparierte flott die Tür, brachte neuen Kühlschrank und auch neuen Stuhl. Der war top und leider der einzige Lichtblick. 「The hotel is exceptional! The history behind the renovation of the property is fully laid out within the reception/lobby of the hotel and is fascinating. There is even a TV station showing the work done on the property too. The staff were simply fantastic. 「Overall a pleasant stay, but the 5-star rating feels closer to a good 4-star. Positives: great breakfast, stunning location by the Mediterranean with island view, large pool area with slides and activities for kids. 「Imaret hotel is a gem. The hotel is actually a historical building with lots of history (take the free tour to learn all about it) The service and staff were absolutely excellent. The property is beautiful and well maintained.
