"Excellent location close to the Koenigsallee, very friendly and attentive staff. I stayed in an upgraded renovated room - appreciated the choice of bed time pillows. Great restaurant with contemporary European - German cuisine, also focus on locally sourced ingredients."

"Our stay was very nice and the architecture of the castle turned our getaway in an unforgettable experience.
There are some things that can be improved such as the AC and an outlet didn’t work. The hot tub in the SPA is a little outdated.
The Lobby Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant were very nice and elegant. The staff is very friendly."
