「This resort is so beautiful. We actually extended our stay in Corfu because we loved the hotel so much. It has direct beach access to a beautiful bay where you can rent boats and do water activities like kayaking and paddle boarding I believe. 「手違いがあり、宿泊できませんでした。満室とのこと。一度申し込みをしたあ後、キャンセル。その後予約しなおしたのですが、ホテルでは予約が無いの一点ばり。再予約したと主張したものの、ネット予約に不慣れで操作を間違えたに違いないとこちらのせいにされました。ネットで予約が有効であることを確認し、支払連絡が来てると話しても、それなら証拠を見せてみろとまで言われました。日本語のメールなので見せても無駄なので、とにかく再度しらべてくれと依頼。結果30分後、ホテル側の間違いであることが判明しましたが、高飛車な態度でホテルとして謝罪しますとの言葉だけ。態度はそれまでの傍若無人な態度と同じ。結局は同系列と思われるホテルを紹介されました。2週間の旅行最終日に本当に嫌な思いをすることになりました。」
