"On the website it said that the private beach was open starting May (no specified date) but we found out when we got here that it doesn’t open until after we leave (May 22). This was a major factor when we chose to book. We did go on a boat excursion and to a different beach the last two days there, so this closure was not solely based on weather. Very big let down. "Truly a once in a lifetime experience! We came all the way from the U.S. and loved every bit of our stay here. From the location to the staff, everything was excellent! You are located in Cannigione, so it’s very walkable. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, little shops, and tons of restaurants. The service is 5 stars. They clean your room daily, they are very respectful and treat you like royalty. Overall we hope to come back in the next few years with our kids!"

"Very impressive property in a beautiful location. Highlight of our stay was everyone on the hotel staff who greeted us warmly upon arrival and were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout. They also generously gave us a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine. The pool, fitness center, and breakfast area were amenities we enjoyed. Our room was spacious and clean and comfortable. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for the memorable stay. "

"Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is a slightly odd feeling in May because most of the place is deserted. The beach club wasn't open once and you are around a 25min walk in to the town. Word to the wise - have a hire car. We both paid extra for a deep tissue massage which it absolutely wasn't. Spa are is nice. Staff friendly and breakfast is decent."
