「Lovely setting, right on the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly, food very good for buffet and three al a Carte restaurant meals included. Room was a good size and separate area for teenage kids ideal. Only half hour drive from Heraklion airport and parking free at hotel. We rented a car as late flight and wanted to get to hotel ASAP. Car rental cheaper than private transfer and easy drive. Paid for late check out as return flight not till after 11pm and was well worth it.」

「Wir waren nun bereits zum 4x hier und sind wieder überwältigt von der Schönheit des Hotels, der sehr gepflegten Anlage und dem perfekten Urlaub für uns. Die schöne Hotelanlage, das Luxury Seafront Guest Zimmer mit Privat Pool, das Bony Fish Restaurant - unser Lieblingsrestaurant und das Langschläferfrühstück im Elemes Cretan Restaurant haben wir sehr genossen. Das Essen, die Sauberkeit, der Strand, alles, alles superschön und nur zu empfehlen!!! Schon beim Betreten fühlt man das herrlich...

「Wir sind als Familie mit 1 Kind gereist und waren eine Woche dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten Glück und haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten und somit ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Alles sehr sauber, einzig im Zimmer hätte die Reinigungskrsft einmal ordentlicher durchwischen können. Ansonsten alles TOP. das Essen war sehr lecker, die Anlage vor kurzer Zeit erst frisch renoviert. Ein Shuttle fährt täglich zum Strand. Die Kinderaktivitäten waren ganz toll....

「We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products! Anyway, this is not a complaint, just...
