「Great hotel great facilities hotel staff really nice. Food wasn’t as good this time but lots of choice and there is always something that we like. Only let down was cleaners come very early sometimes and on one occasion missed our room entirely. Reception corrected this and arranged new bedding brought to our even though it was 9pm at night. 」

「Sea view suite was excellent and was the primary reason for booking this hotel. Food was fine and alwsys managed to find something to eat. Food not roasting but no issues unless you pile your plate high. Staff are perpetual motion. Downsides to hotel is a real lack of a social area with any atmosphere or ambience. Outside terrace just ful of people smoking and vaping so not for us, unfortunately this was where the entertainment was. Bar inside has seats all facing the bar in rows and again...

「Seemed isolated when I arrived but there's a bus across the street going to Puerto del Rosario. Also a very nice paved path along the ocean to Puerto del Rosario that is a little over a mile long.」

「The resort it-self is very big and splinted into different levels of stay. We stayed at the Royal level which was very comfortable and included many restaurant entrance to the many available in the resort. There is a large choice of pools and were kept clean every day of use. The only thing I was not please about was the cleaning service, we stayed for 3 nights but the maids did not clean the floors apart from the basic of changing towels if needed and throwing trash away. 「We visited Mynd for a week just after new year and what a fantastic surprise it's now become from the old sun park living which it used to be. Every part of the building has been renovated with high end fixtures with the rooms being divided into small units. There's no kettle so bring your own. Check in was for your room access key, this could be better. Food was outstanding anyone complaining just get a life. Staff are friendly the hotel is spotlessly clean.
