「Our stay with our 2 adult children was just what we hoped for some genuine family time. From the time we landed, we were treated in the most genuine and special way. Collection from the airport was faultless and arrival at the property made us feel like family. 「We just came back from paradise. We spent 10 days at the Rarotongan and we enjoyed every single minute. The rooms are a bit dated, however they have all the comforts that people require on holiday. Staff friendly and always made us feel welcomed. What can I say about the location? Best location! We enjoyed every single activity and minute at the beach. 「アクアヴィラに宿泊しました。ビーチの目の前で部屋の場所は最高でした。そこは文句なしです。現地ポリネシア系のスタッフの感じはすごく良かったです。マリン系グッズの貸し出しスタッフの笑顔でのサービスは気持ち良かったです。しかし、しかし、ハウスキーピングと一部の白人スタッフのサービスレベルに問題あり。ティッシュやトイレットペーパーの補給がされなかったり、なんかタオルが臭いときがあったり。また、バーの白人スタッフの態度は最悪で恐らくアジア系は差別してると思いますね。せっかくの素敵なホテルなのに、これらいくつかの点が残念だったので、次回来るときは別のホテルにすると思います。」
