「Wonderful stay. Check in was so smooth. Valet parking was great. Everyone on the staff was very knowledgeable about the area. Suggestions from the staff for dining and shopping around the is unmatched. This will be our go to moving forward.」

「Always love staying at this hotel. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and the morning team breakfast bartender was amazing. The only feedback is valet charged me for two cars my 1 night stay there and I disputed the second car and they had to call the valet manager over and it took 5 mins too long for them to verify they messed up. The tagged a 2nd car that wasn’t my own to my room and it shouldn’t have taken the valet manager that long to do the math, I was one person staying there.」

「Beautiful property and amazing restaurant. Room was lovely and unique. Made many attempts to schedule a spa appointment, and neither on line or call in system seemed to work—but its a newer property and I’m sure that will get ironed out as they move forward. Amazing location in the Santa Ynez valley.」

「Stayed at the Ballard Inn recently in the middle of May and it was magical. Its a really cute boutique hotel with age old charm and updated services. Their breakfast is included and its delicious. You literally get a house key and it feels like home. Walked the darling white picket fence quiet neighborhood and grabbed so me famous pastries at Bobs Well Bread across the street. 「Had a very enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and luxurious. Staff were all friendly and helpful.」

「I’m not sure why Fess Parker Wine Inn uses Expedia but I booked a room at Fess Parker Wine Inn through Expedia, I got a confirmation through Expedia and I called Fess Parker Wine Inn to confirm my reservation and they did not honor it. This reservation was for this Memorial weekend so I was in a panic and had to call other hotels to book a room. This experience was horrible.」

「Located on Shell Beach, about 10 minute drive from SLO and 5 minutes to Santa Maria. Great Location, setting, spacious condo-type units with washer/dryer machine, full kitchen and everything! The greatest surprise was the Lido restaurant in the complex. The food there was top notch! We thought we were spoiled from living in Tokyo, but this place was absolutely fantastic.
