"This hotel was a very comfortable place for a night. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed on Mondays. We did not know that, it was the main reason for booking, we did not want to get in to the car after a long drive. Breakfast was very good though. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom has been renovated with all the luxuries."

"Our basement room was super modern but quite small. Although large enough for us. The rooftop terrace and restaurant were 1st class. Breakfast was served there and all the staff were fun and helpful. Great location with easy access to the Lungomare and shopping and sights (Riace Bronzes)."

"The great thing about this hotel are the staff and the location, a short walk from the train station. The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean! I will absolutely be back whenever I go to Reggio Calabria again! Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! "

"Stayed for one night here and was impressed in general. Decor was a little dated in the room but the bathroom was nice and modern. Very clean rooms with good service and good location. Would stay here again if I was in the local area. Only real criticism was the water pressure in the showers...was extremely weak and the valve that changes from overhead shower to hand held shower would barely switch due to the low pressure. "We stayed here for convenience as we attended a wedding here. Apparently it was off season so facilities were limited. There was no food available when we arrived and the breakfast included consisted of crouton like bread in packets with a selection of jams and chocolate or custard croissants. Rooms were very noisy as you could hear people in hallway due to tiled floors. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Lovely views of the water and the hills behind. "The hotel was clean but the shower was so tiny, you couldn’t even close the door in order to fit in it. Nowhere in the description did it say there was no maid service. The mattress on the bed was so flat and probably the most uncomfortable thing I ever slept on. The TV has no service. They charge you for a beach chair. You have to carry your luggage to and from the room. This is far from a 4 star hotel and not worth the money. "
