「Terrible experience all the way around. The approval and check-in process through the Landing app was time-consuming and frustrating. Once my account was confirmed, it completely disappeared. We had no way of knowing who to contact. After that, communication was poor, manager nonresponsive, and the unit was not stocked with any necessities for our two night stay, like toilet paper (c’mon!), trashcan liners, soap, shampoo. The water in the kitchen was shutoff, there was a moist bathmat, a toy...

「The unit met our expectations The garage staff were very friendly and helpful The location was excellent, there are many different venues nearby. The only drawbacks were only one person had access to open the gate into the garage and accessing the unit. It’s a very inconvenient situation when there are multiple people staying in the unit. The garage gate would struggle to open at times. Parking is very limited. 」
