「Never had the room I booked. The stuff was unfriendly 」

「メクネスのHotelだが最悪、テラス横の部屋に通されすごく暑い、屋根裏部屋のように蒸されているのにエアコンが壊れてる、スタッフに文句言ったら直そうとしてたが直らず自分ではどうしようもないとのこと、部屋変更出来ず、返金要求したら他のHotelか扇風機かの選択、他のHotel選択したら朝食つかない、他のHotelはcheapなHotelだった、何のためにこのHotelの代金払ってるんだ？移動先のHotelならもっとやすかった」

「We had a great stay in the suite, there was good closet space, living room space, a king bedroom and a fairly large bathroom. Hotel uses the middle eastern style bidet (no hose or toilet automation). WiFi was good when the hotel wasn’t busy. Nice pool area, no gym on property. For the suite, the TV only faces the bedroom leaving a mirror on the living room side. There are modern outlets at the beds for charging, but found the normal power plugs are still faster.」

「There is no air conditioning and charger is only USB charge in room. Some room you can not locked and door stay open all night. Felt unsafe while sleeping due to unable to close my door. 」

「Horrible experience. This place is a dump. Our king suite with pool view wasn't available even though prepaid. Were given a small room with two queen beds but not offered the difference in price. Credit cards were not accepted and the WiFi was not working. We were told to pay cash for food and incidentals. They did offer a local band that kept us awake until midnight with their horrible sounds. Do not stay at this place. Totally not Moroccan.」

「We had high expectations of our stay at the chateau. Unfortunately we were not allowed to check in. The reservation, which I had prepaid, was not honored. We were told by the reception people they don’t work with Expedia/hofels.com. And therefore cannot let us in. This has never happened to me before. Such a big property and they kick us if? I still can’t believe. I’m not struggling to get a refund. The property would not even send a simple message to the booking website. Or to me. Complete...

The location of the Jima in the middle of the dunes is magnificent, the food is very good and plentiful. Jima was very clean and perfectly designed, including everything you would need. 「Staff are not hoteliers. They know nothing about working in a hotel. Zero customer service. Rooms are very old and never maintained. Everything is broken inside..shower, lights, bed, couch, desk with no chair. This property shouldn't be rated. Below 0 star..not exaggerating!」
