「Its a decent 4 star hotel with exceptional service . Very quite and relaxing. The rooms facing the valley and mountains are the best for views. Its well priced. Plenty of parking. Basic gym with sauna. No complains. 」

「年末に夫婦で利用しました。ホテルのファシリティは今ひとつだが、スタッフのサービスが総じて良好。食事も朝食はワンパターンで飽きるが、夕食は２つのレストランが選択出来、内容も想像していたより良く、豊富なチーズが食べ放題でありがたい。ゲレンデへのアクセスは良好、街の中心から歩くとやや昇りがきつい。スキー靴だとなおつらい。リフトが止まる前にホテルの裏山のピステから滑り込んでホテルに帰りたい。私たちが滞在中、８割は子供連れの家族。レストランはおかげで賑やかでした。でも、みんな楽しそうだったのでこちらも幸せになれました。」

「Location was great. Food was plentiful, varied and very good. I am a non-skier and was planning on working out a lot while hubby skied. Website stated that there was yoga, and it looked as though there would be about 5 classes/day...well, we were told onsite that there was no yoga instructor this year- please update your site!? The Norwegian spa on the roof was unavailable as well. Steam room/sauna were nice. Pool was lovely...when it was warm enough. 」

Staff were so friendly, family duplex rooms were great, ski in ski out fabulous, breakfast was lovely, freshly baked bread every morning - the fruit one was especially delicious!! Amazing views from our balcony!!! Our only improvement would be more hanging space for clothes and hooks by the door for ski coats!」

「L'accueil fut chaleureux et bien expliqué. Notre logement situé au 7eme étage était propre avec une très belle vue sur les pistes et montagnes. Nous sommes satisfaits de notre semaine dans ce logement avec une cuisine fonctionnelle, une grande salle de bain et une chambre spacieuse. Le seul reproche que je pourrais formuler concerne les literies. Les matelas sont beaucoup trop ferme y compris celui du canapé bz. Malgré cela nous restons content et recommandons les balcons de bellevarde.」

「Très bon hôtel pour un séjour au ski. Bien placé, très propre et accueillant. Petit déjeuner varié et agréable. Chambres bien pensées. Les salles de bains sont un peu datées mais rien de grave. Ski shop pratique et personnel serviable. Espace détente agréable même si la piscine, aveugle, est assez petite et très bruyante. Réservée au plus de 12 ans pour assurer un minimum de calme, elle est régulièrement squattée par des familles avec de jeunes enfants parfois très bruyants. C’est insupportable...

「Overall the accommodation was good and a nice location to the slopes. Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. I would most probably stay there again in the future. 」

Marvellous view from a South-facing room with balcony, as well as from reception and from the restaurant. Super-practical ventilated lockers in the ski room. Super close to one of the main chair lifts. Special mentions for the lady in charge of service at the restaurant, for dinners, and for service at the Sport 2000 ski rental shop inside the building. 「What can I say, a fantastic hotel experience!! Clean, extremely comfortable and excellent service from all staff! Lovely breakfast, great location, Cosy bar area, nearby covered parking and a lovely little spa. The outdoor pool boasts amazing views of the mountains, just magical!! I highly recommend this lovely little property, my only improvement comment is the toilet roll provided in rooms which is a little too rough, so I purchased my own. Other than that, our experience was faultless....

「Great hotel. Great ski in ski out location. One isssue was the location of our room. It had an amazing view over the slopes but the room was right above where all the deliveries came on skidoos, consequently the room was really noisy if you wanted to sleep with the window open (and even with it shut, to some extent). Pick your room carefully though and it was just perfect. Our room was 112」

「I chose this destination & hotel to celebrate my birthday and I must say I loved everything about it, the hotel is perfectly located in the center and few steps from the gondolas station, nice restaurant options around the area, make sure you visit before the closing season as many good restaurants close on Apr 7. Good spa & friendly staff, highly recommended 」
